At The Packaging Boxes Australia, every order is custom-made according to the customer’s specific packaging requirements. As our packaging products are made to order, production begins only after the artwork, box specifications, payment, and order details have been reviewed and approved.

We are committed to producing high-quality custom packaging and delivering each order within the estimated timeframe.

Delivery Information

All packaging orders are manufactured according to the customer’s approved requirements. Our custom boxes are not ready-made or held in stock.

Production begins after the following details have been received and confirmed:

• Final artwork approval

• Confirmed box dimensions and specifications

• Material and finishing selections

• Full or agreed payment

• Final order confirmation

Our standard turnaround time is approximately 12 to 14 business days from the date of final approval.

Once production is complete, the order is carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Rush production and express delivery services may be available for an additional charge. Customers with an urgent deadline should contact our team before placing an order. We will review the requested delivery date and confirm whether it can be accommodated.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by order complexity, quantity, custom finishes, delivery location, public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders across Australia.

Additional charges may apply to:

• Rush production

• Express delivery

• Remote or restricted delivery locations

• Special handling requirements

• Changes to the delivery address after dispatch

Any additional shipping charges will be communicated before the order is finalised.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before printing or manufacturing begins.

Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled because the packaging is custom-made according to the customer’s approved specifications.

Cancellation requests submitted after artwork approval but before production begins may be subject to design, setup, proofing, or administrative charges.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team as soon as possible. A cancellation is not confirmed until written confirmation has been provided by The Packaging Boxes Australia.
