Our standard production and delivery time is 12–14 business days after artwork approval and payment confirmation.

Yes, we provide free shipping on all standard delivery orders across Australia.

4. Is express or fast shipping available?

Yes, we offer fast shipping options for urgent orders. Contact our team for availability and pricing.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Orders can be cancelled before printing begins. A 30% cancellation fee of the order value will apply.

6. What file format should I submit for printing?

Please provide your artwork in CMYK colour mode for accurate print results.

7. Can I customise the size and design of my boxes?

Yes. Every box is fully customisable, including size, shape, material, printing, and finishing.

8. Will I receive a design proof before production?

Yes. We provide a free digital artwork proof for your approval before production starts.

9. What printing and finishing options do you offer?

We offer premium printing with finishes such as matte, gloss, soft-touch lamination, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, Spot UV and many more to enhance your packaging.
