At The Packaging Boxes Australia, orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once printing, manufacturing, cutting, or finishing has started, cancellation will no longer be possible.

If an order is cancelled after artwork approval but before production, we may deduct up to 30% of the order value to cover completed design, artwork preparation, setup, and administrative costs.

As all our packaging is custom-made to your approved requirements, cancellations cannot be accepted once production has started.
