By accessing this website, requesting a quotation, approving artwork, or placing an order with The Packaging Boxes Australia, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective once published on this website. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.

The Packaging Boxes Australia owns or is authorised to use the materials, designs, samples, photographs, and other resources used to provide its services. We may photograph, display, or share samples of completed packaging to demonstrate our products, printing quality, and design capabilities unless a separate confidentiality agreement has been made.

Copyright Notice

All content available on this website, including text, information, software, photographs, graphics, illustrations, icons, layouts, designs, models, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to The Packaging Boxes Australia.

Website content must not be copied, modified, stored, republished, transmitted, distributed, or commercially used without our prior written permission.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Design support may be included as part of a qualifying packaging order without a separate upfront charge. However, if an order is cancelled after our team has completed design, artwork preparation, or setup work, we may retain or deduct up to 30% of the order value to cover the time and resources already used.

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once printing, manufacturing, cutting, or finishing has started, cancellation will not be possible.

Any approved refund will be processed after deducting applicable design, setup, transaction, production, or administrative charges.

Website User Conduct

You are responsible for all artwork, files, designs, text, images, trademarks, and other materials you submit through our website or send to our team.

By submitting material, you confirm that:

  • You own the material or have permission from its lawful owner.

  • The material does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.

  • The material is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory, offensive, obscene, misleading, or harmful.

  • The requested packaging will not be used for an unlawful purpose.

The Packaging Boxes Australia does not independently verify the ownership, legality, accuracy, or suitability of all customer-submitted content. We are not responsible for claims arising from materials supplied or approved by customers.

We may reject or remove any content or order that we believe is unlawful, offensive, harmful, misleading, or likely to infringe another person’s rights. We are not required to provide a reason for rejecting an order.

We may disclose customer information or submitted content where reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with a legal obligation or lawful request.

  • Enforce these Terms and Conditions.

  • Investigate suspected infringement or unlawful activity.

  • Protect our website, customers, employees, business, or property.

You must provide complete and accurate information when using our website. Automated misuse, fraudulent activity, unauthorised access, or attempts to disrupt the website may result in account suspension or legal action.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have authority to purchase the products and authorise The Packaging Boxes Australia to manufacture them on your behalf. You also confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Accounts and Passwords

You are responsible for protecting your account details and password. You may be responsible for orders, approvals, instructions, and other activities completed through your registered account.

You must not share your password with an unauthorised person. If someone accesses your account because you failed to secure your login details, you may be responsible for their activity.

We may request additional personal or business information where reasonably necessary to verify an account, process an order, prevent fraud, or meet legal requirements.

By using our website, you agree that your information may be collected and used according to our Privacy Policy.

Permission to Use Submitted Content

When you submit artwork, designs, text, logos, images, or other files, you grant The Packaging Boxes Australia a limited, royalty-free, and non-exclusive right to reproduce, modify, store, process, and use that content only as reasonably required to prepare proofs, manufacture your packaging, maintain production records, and fulfil your order.

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Packaging Boxes Australia, including its directors, employees, representatives, suppliers, contractors, and service providers, from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal costs resulting from:

  • Material supplied or approved by you.

  • Claims that your artwork or packaging infringes another party’s rights.

  • Unlawful, misleading, defamatory, offensive, or unauthorised content.

  • Misuse of your account or password.

  • Your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Where a claim results from content or instructions supplied by you, you may be required to assist with the defence and reimburse reasonable losses, settlements, legal fees, or court costs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Packaging Boxes Australia will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, data, or reputation.

Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Return and Refund Policy

All products are manufactured according to customer-approved artwork and specifications. Customers must inspect their order after delivery.

Claims relating to printing errors, manufacturing defects, or failure to follow approved specifications must be reported within three business days of receiving the order.

Customers must provide:

  • Their order number.

  • A clear description of the issue.

  • Supporting photographs or videos.

  • Any other evidence reasonably requested by our team.

Our management or quality-control team will determine whether the issue resulted from our production process.

Where the error is confirmed as our responsibility, we may reprint the affected order without additional production charges. As products are custom-made, we do not generally provide a full refund where a reprint can reasonably resolve the issue.

Where requested, the complete defective order must be returned within seven business days. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Rush production, express delivery, design, setup, and other expedited service charges are non-refundable.

Payments, Order Placement and Cancellations

All displayed or quoted prices are stated in Australian dollars unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

Payment may be collected by The Packaging Boxes Australia or through an authorised payment provider. Production will not begin until the required payment, including applicable shipping, setup, or additional service charges, has been received.

To place an order, the customer must provide final artwork, specifications, quantities, dimensions, materials, printing requirements, finishing options, and delivery information.

An order will enter production only after:

  • The final artwork or proof has been approved.

  • All specifications have been confirmed.

  • The required payment has been received.

  • The Packaging Boxes Australia has confirmed the order.

Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted.

Where cancellation is requested shortly after proof approval but before production begins, an administration charge and a deduction of at least 5% of the order value may apply.

Where more work has been completed, the charges may increase. A cancellation requested after 24 hours may be subject to a deduction of up to 50% of the order value to cover design, setup, materials, labour, and other resources already committed.

Cancellation after 24 hours is not guaranteed and depends on whether production has started.

Design Orders

Orders placed specifically for design services are final. Payments for completed or partially completed design work are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for store credit.

Tax Policy

Applicable taxes will be charged where required.

Customers claiming a tax exemption must provide valid supporting documentation before placing or confirming an order. We cannot guarantee that tax adjustments will be made after an order has been processed.

Customer-Submitted Artwork and Files

Customers should provide print-ready artwork in CMYK format.

The Packaging Boxes Australia will not be responsible for poor-quality output resulting from:

  • Low-resolution or pixelated files.

  • Incorrect colour modes.

  • Missing fonts.

  • Incorrect dimensions.

  • Distorted graphics.

  • Improperly prepared artwork.

  • Colour changes caused by conversion to CMYK.

Customers are responsible for checking the accuracy, alignment, orientation, dimensions, spelling, grammar, page order, images, logos, colours, and other elements in submitted files.

Although we take reasonable precautions when handling files, we will not be liable for loss, corruption, or damage to customer-submitted artwork or data. Customers should keep backup copies of all files.

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the content or have obtained all permissions required for printing and commercial use.

We may reject any order that appears unlawful, offensive, harmful, fraudulent, or likely to infringe another party’s rights.

Proofs and Colour Accuracy

Customers must carefully review every proof before approval, including:

  • Spelling and grammar.

  • Layout and alignment.

  • Dimensions and orientation.

  • Bleed and safe areas.

  • Cutting, folding, and die lines.

  • Images and graphics.

  • Barcodes and contact details.

  • Product information.

  • Transparency and overprint settings.

  • Final content and design placement.

Production will not begin until the required proof has been approved. Production estimates begin only after proof approval, payment, specifications, and all necessary order details have been completed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by late proof approval or incomplete customer information.

Proof approval confirms that the customer accepts all content, dimensions, placement, spelling, design, and specifications shown.

Printed colours may differ from colours shown on screens due to monitors, printing methods, materials, inks, coatings, lamination, and finishing processes.

We will make reasonable efforts to achieve a close colour match. However, minor colour variations will not normally qualify as printing defects or justify a free reprint.

Customers requiring exact colour matching should request a physical proof or specialist colour-matching service. Additional charges and production time may apply.

No Liability for Approved Errors

The Packaging Boxes Australia will not be responsible for errors appearing in customer-approved artwork or proofs, including:

  • Spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors.

  • Incorrect fonts or dimensions.

  • Misaligned content.

  • Incorrect die lines or crop marks.

  • Overprinting problems.

  • Low-quality graphics.

  • Cracking along folds.

  • Colour variations within accepted printing tolerances.

  • Incorrect customer-supplied information.

Overruns and Underruns

Due to normal manufacturing processes, the final quantity may vary slightly from the quantity ordered.

An overrun or underrun of up to 5% is considered an accepted printing-industry tolerance. Where fewer products are supplied, an adjustment may be based on the actual quantity where appropriate.

Additional units supplied within this tolerance may be included without further charge.

Production, Delivery and Shipping

Production begins only after print-ready artwork has been received, the artwork has passed review, the final proof has been approved, all specifications have been confirmed, and full payment has been received.

Our standard production period is generally 12 to 14 business days from final approval. This is the estimated time required to manufacture and prepare the order for dispatch.

Rush production and express delivery may be available for an additional charge and must be confirmed before the order is placed.

Production may take place at a facility selected according to order requirements, production capacity, pricing, materials, and turnaround time. This will not change the approved quality or specifications.

Customers requiring production at a particular facility must notify us before approving the order. Once production begins, the production location cannot be changed.

Delays may occur because of courier disruption, severe weather, customs delays, equipment failure, technical problems, material shortages, labour disruption, public holidays, government restrictions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Orders cannot automatically be cancelled because of production or delivery delays.

Where a separate rush service charge has been paid and we fail to provide that service because of circumstances within our control, the additional charge may be refunded. This does not automatically allow cancellation of the full order.

Free standard shipping may be offered to one Australian delivery address per qualifying order. Multiple delivery locations or addresses outside the standard delivery area may result in additional charges.

Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, customs clearance, and import requirements for deliveries outside Australia.

Courier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will not be responsible for delays, theft, loss, or damage while an order is handled by an independent courier, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Lost or damaged shipments should be reported as soon as possible with photographs, packaging evidence, tracking information, and other details required for a courier claim.

Additional charges may apply where an order must be resent because the customer supplied an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery address.
